<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a suitable operation rate regarding an information processing device, method and program where, especially, the machine model of a game machine in a game parlor or the operation rate for each machine arranged in an island installation is obtained from game information of only a player who desires to play a game with the machine model as a first candidate. <P>SOLUTION: A DB registration update unit 275 registers behavior history onto a customer management DB 276 for each player in association with a camera ID for identifying the camera that has captured the image of a player by notification of the detection of a new player sequentially supplied from a biological information recognition device 21. In this process, a first candidate determination unit 275e registers, as a first candidate corner, a corner where a machine with which the player considers to play the game is present.
