INFORMATION BROWSING-DEVICE, DISPLAY CONTROL PROGRAM, AND DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information browsing-device, a display control program, and a display control method, which enable control of displaying page-turning by instructing the direction, speed and number of pages of page-turning with a simple operation.

SOLUTION: An information browsing-device including a display part provided with a touch panel comprises a display control part configured to: specify a rotation direction, a rotation amount and/or rotation speed of a finger or hand touched on the touch panel; determine a page-turning direction on the basis of the rotation direction of the finger or hand; determine a page-turning speed on the basis of the rotation amount and/or rotation speed of the finger or hand; and control a display of page-turning so that the presently displayed page is changed to a page specified on the basis of the page-turning direction at the page-turning speed.
