<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe piping structure for a building, capable of suppressing the intrusion of termites into a building through gaps around a sheath pipe in a base concrete layer. <P>SOLUTION: In a drain pipe piping structure for a building, which passes through a base concrete layer 11 of an under floor of a building 10 and sends drain water from drainage equipment inside the building to an outdoor drain pipe 15A outside the building, a sheath pipe 12 is embedded in the base concrete layer 11 in a state that openings of both ends of the sheath pipe are opened inside and outside the building 10. A drain pipe 13 passes through the inside of the sheath pipe 12, an indoor drain pipe 14A extending from the drainage equipment is connected to one end of the drain pipe 13 and the outdoor drain pipe 15A is connected to the other end of the drain pipe 13, and an unevenly shaped rough surface part 18 is provided at least on a part of an outer peripheral surface of the sheath pipe 12 to be embedded in the base concrete layer 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
