<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping bushing of a novel structure in which the relative displacement of an inner axial member against an outer cylindrical member can be limited stably by preventing a stopper member from slipping out of the inner axial member, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a vibration damping bushing 10 having a structure where an inner axial member 12 and an outer cylindrical member 14 are elastically linked by a main rubber elastomer 16, for the inner axial member 12, a lock recess 52 opening on the outer circumferential surface thereof is formed and in a stopper member 42 externally fitted to the inner axial member 12, a lock piece 54 projecting outward in an axial direction is provided. A slipping-out prevention means 56 for preventing the stopper member 42 from slipping out of the inner axial member 12 is configured by locking the lock piece 54 and the locking recess 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
