<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture laminated plates with excellent surface smoothness and credibility. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminated plate continuously performs the following steps: a laminating step of obtaining a laminate by laminating a prepreg 200 for buildup formed of a thermosetting resin on a circuit formation surface 103 of a core layer 102 having the circuit formation surface 103 on one side or both sides under heating and pressuring conditions and a first smoothing step of smoothing a surface of the laminated prepreg 200 for buildup.
