<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device that selects supply of external power on the basis of conditions and performs charging of a battery on the basis of conditions, and further to provide a power control method. <P>SOLUTION: A power control device comprises power supplying means and controlling means. The power supplying means supplies external power from an outside or battery power from a battery configured so as to be chargeable by the external power to a supply destination. The controlling means supplies the battery power on the basis of instructions for driving the battery, stops supply of the battery power in response to detection of a voltage value of the battery power less than a reference voltage value and controls supply of the external power and charging of the battery by the external power on the basis of control conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
