<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external equipment-attaching/detaching device enabling data communication between external equipment and an on-vehicle ECU, and avoiding a problem due to sudden detachment of the external equipment. <P>SOLUTION: When a transmission is the first one after the external equipment is connected, identification information such as a connection port ID, ECU-ID, and parameter ID is obtained, and the transmission data information is registered by control-system transmission-data information generating processing executed by a transmission data information generating section. On this occasion, a control value that the ECU has is obtained, and stored in the transmission data information as a connection time control value. Moreover, a difference between the last transmission data and the present transmission data is calculated, and a minimum amount of change and a minimum transmission interval are updated. In control-system release processing, transmission data are transmitted repeatedly with a change in the control value by the minimum amount of change so as to be approximated to the connection time control value(S440, S450) at the minimum transmission interval (S410) after transmission of connection-release code data (S400). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
