摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely calculate a property value such as a loss tangent tan&delta; in a short time from a rubber material model. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a simulation method for rubber material that calculates the loss tangent tan&delta; of the rubber material including matrix rubber and a filler by using a computer, the method including the steps of: inputting the rubber material model to the computer; imparting two kinds of large and small strains as deformation conditions of the input rubber material model by the computer; carrying out modification simulation of two kinds of large and small strain states of the rubber material model and calculating energy loss of each element from vertical strains and shearing strains in the respective states; and calculating a loss tangent tan&delta; of the rubber material model based upon the total of energy loss of respective elements, strain amplitudes obtained from a difference between the two kinds of large and small strains, an elastic modulus of the rubber material model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
