BLUR CORRECTION APPARATUS, BLUR CORRECTION METHOD, AND BUSINESS FORM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction apparatus which in blur correction of an image using a PSF, is capable of accurate blur correction by comparatively small amount of calculation and with simple constitution and easy operation.

SOLUTION: A blur correction apparatus 100 is provided with: a layout marker detection part 102 for detecting a layout marker from a taken image; an estimation marker position calculation part 104 for calculating the position of a PSF estimation marker; an estimation marker size calculation part 105 for calculating the size of the PSF estimation marker; an estimation marker criterial image generation part 106 which generates a criterial PSF estimation marker image; a PSF calculation part 108 which estimates PSF using the criterial estimation marker image and an estimation marker image in the taken image corresponding to the criterial estimation marker image; and a blur correction part 109 for blur correction of the taken image using the estimated PSF.
