<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically transparent article inspection device unlikely to fatigue workers, capable of retaining high working efficiency, having no possibility of impairing visual acuity, having no problem of health, allowing the workers to perform a visual inspection. <P>SOLUTION: An article inspection device 1 comprises: a conveying device 2 for moving articles placed on a translucent conveying belt 16; a support base 3 for supporting the conveying device 2; an irradiation device 4 which is located under the conveying belt 16, in which LED mounting bodies 53 and 54 having semiconductor light-emitting elements 59, 63, 64, and 65 placed and fixed on printed circuit boards 57 and 61 are disposed, and irradiates the conveying belt 16 from below; and a control device 5 for actuating and controlling the conveying belt 16 and controlling the light emission of the semiconductor light-emitting elements 59, 63, 64, and 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
