<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize downsizing of an image blurring correction device that uses a rolling member to guide a shift of a movable member. <P>SOLUTION: An image blurring correction device comprises: base members 2 and 3; movable members 4 and 5 that hold an optical element 1 and can shift in a first direction Y to the base members; and rolling members 71, 72 and 73 that are arranged between the base members and the movable members in a second direction (optical axis direction) perpendicular to the first direction, and roll in the first direction in association with the shift of the movable members in the first direction. The base member includes a first rolling guide part 31 that contacts the rolling members at a position of first distance r<SB POS="POST">1</SB>in the second direction from a rotation center O of the rolling member, and the movable member includes a second rolling guide part that contacts the rolling members at a position of second distance r<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in the second direction from the rotation center of the rolling member.
