<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle training device capable of being used in a state that cleanliness is kept. <P>SOLUTION: Expansion/contraction member-holding parts 3 holding at least one expansion/contraction member 2 and each becoming a supporting point when pulling the expansion/contraction member 2 are formed in two parts in the length direction of each of two cushion members 1 disposed in a state that the inner side faces face to each other. The expansion/contraction member 2 is allocated to the expansion/contraction member-holding parts 3, and connects the expansion/contraction member-holding parts 3 of each of the cushion members 1. Both side end parts of one expansion/contraction member 2 are directly or indirectly connected, or both the side end parts of each of the expansion/contraction members 2 are directly or indirectly connected to the cushion member 1. By the connection between the cushion members 1 and the expansion/contraction members 2, the whole is annularly formed. The inner side face of the cushion member 1 is formed with a bent part 6.
