<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of preventing degradation of sucking force without impairing operability of a manual operating pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The manual operating pipe 4 includes a flow path M1 that linearly flows at the inside thereof and a handle 45 extending to a side to which a hose 3 is connected and having a blocked area R with an almost triangular shape in a side view. The handle 45 has a lower face cover 43 constituting a part of the blocking area R, a rotating pipe 51 to which the hose 3 is connected is rotatably connected to the manual operating pipe 4, and the outer circumference of the joining part of the hose 3 and the rotating pipe 51 is covered with a hose cover 52. The flow path M1 of the manual operating pipe 4, the rotating pipe 51, the hose 3, the hose cover 52, and the lower face cover 43 are all configured to be arranged in parallel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
