<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle on-board device which is applied to not only a hollow cylindrical seat post but also a non-circular crosssection seat post, a composite material seat post or an integrated seat post, where a cable is not required to be disconnected when a saddle is detached, and that can also be accomodated in a bicycle frame. <P>SOLUTION: The bicycle on-board device 10 has an oblong shape having a hollow portion 13, in which a battery power source unit and at least one circuit board are accommodated, and has a size so as to be inserted into a seat tube of the bicycle frame.
