PURPOSE: An engine cover folding device is provided to prevent an engine cover from being lost as the engine cover is not completely separated from an engine. CONSTITUTION: An engine cover folding device comprises a lifter(20) and a link member(30). The lifter is stuck to an oil level gauge(6) connected to an oil pan, and shields the upper part of an engine(E). One end of the lifter is fixed to an engine cover(1), and the other end is fixed to the engine. The link member is fixed to the opposite position to the combined part of the engine cover, and used as a hinge point while the engine cover is opened and closed.
