<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle treatment device separating a label before a PET bottle is crushed and having a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The PET bottle treatment device 1 includes: a carrying means 5; a rotating shaft 2; rotating disks 3 each rotating in the carrying direction of the PET bottle A on the carrying means 5; cutting means 7; rotating spikes 4 each projecting from the rotating disk 3, cutting the label L by sticking and drawing the PET bottle A onto the cutting means 7, and drawing the PET bottle A to a rear side in the carrying direction; and separating means 8 each abutting on the PET bottle A to push the PET bottle A to a tip and lower side of the rotating spike 4, dropping a bottle body B from the rotating spike 4 by using a situation where force by own weight of the bottle body B is larger than frictional force between the rotating spike 4 and the bottle body B and holding the label L on the rotating spike 4 by using a situation where force by own weight of the label L is smaller than frictional force between the rotating spike 4 and the label L, so as to separate the label L from the bottle body B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
