摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently release heat generated inside a power generation element to the outside in a condensing-type solar cell module having an integrated structure of a lens and a power generation element. <P>SOLUTION: A condensing-type solar cell module has a lens array 101, a power generation element 103, and a heat releasing plate 102. The power generation element 103 comprises: a power generation layer 201; a first electrode 206: a second electrode 207; a first bump 208; and a second bump 209. In a transmission plane view, the first bump is not overlapping the power generation layer, and a first surface of the power generation layer is connected to the first bump via the first electrode. In the transmission plane view, the second bump is not overlapping the power generation layer, and a second surface of the power generation layer is connected to the second bump via the second electrode. The thickness of the first electrode and the second electrode are greater than the thickness of the power generation layer. The first bump is electrically connected via an anisotropic conductive layer to an electrode formed on the heat releasing plate, and the second pump is electrically connected via an anisotropic conductive layer to an electrode formed via an insulator film on the heat releasing plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
