摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device and a measuring method, which allows measurement by surface plasmon excitation fluorescence spectroscopy to be performed with reduced measurement errors through detection of an entrained bubble in a flow channel. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring device includes a prism, an irradiation mechanism, a gold film, a flow channel forming body, an antibody solid layer film, a CCD sensor, a photodiode, and a controller. The controller includes a bubble detection part. The prism is irradiated with excitation light from the irradiation mechanism. The excitation light is injected into the reflection plane of the prism at a resonance angle. The antibody solid layer film provides a reaction field. The CCD sensor measures a light quantity of surface plasmon excitation fluorescence. The photodiode measures a light quantity of reflection light. The bubble detection part obtains measurement results of the light quantity of reflection light from the photodiode and detects an entrained bubble in the flow channel when the light quantity of reflection light increases above a reference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
