<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an observation image in which an observation part such as a surface fine blood vessel is clarified and brightness is fully secured even in a situation with an insufficient light quantity. <P>SOLUTION: A subject is irradiated alternately with B-light, G-light and R-light whose light quantity values are set to Lb=Lg=Lr, and B-light, G-light and R-light whose light quantity values are set to Lb>Lg>Lr, from a B-LED, a G-LED, and an R-LED. The switching control of the light quantity values is performed by a B-light quantity control part 20b, a G-light quantity control part 20g, and an R-light quantity control part 20r. A subject image of the B-light, G-light and R-light whose light quantity values are Lb=Lg=Lr, is imaged to acquire a normal light image, and a subject image of the B-light, G-light and R-light whose light quantity values are Lb>Lg>Lr, is imaged to acquire a special light image. The special light image subjected to frequency filtering processing is composed with the normal light image to obtain a composite image in which the surface fine blood vessel or the like is clarified while having sufficient brightness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
