<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device for enabling a user to perform analysis sufficiently as necessity arises while securing high security with respect to reverse engineering by IC opening by a third party. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device includes: main storage means for storing data; first detecting means for detecting a change of clock frequencies; first count means for counting detected changes; first storage means for storing prescribed value set from outside; and output means for outputting an erasure signal for instructing erasure of data of the main storage means on the basis of the value counted by the first count means and value stored in the first storage means. Since changes occurring when the IC package is opened are detected from a change of clock frequencies, and reference value with respect to data erasure is set by a user, the user can select data erasure timing on the basis of a purpose of use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
