<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter integrated with an organic EL element, in which a color filter is directly formed using photolithography on an organic EL layer formed on a silicon substrate without imparting damage to the organic EL layer, so that the color filter can satisfy ultrahigh resolution of an image and ultrahigh speed response. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a color filter integrated with an organic EL element, an organic EL layer is formed on a driving element formed on a silicon substrate, and then a plane layer is formed on the outermost layer of the organic EL layer and a color filter is directly formed on the plane layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
