<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of detecting the steering angle of a steering wheel even while suppressing sudden rise of costs. <P>SOLUTION: When a shaft angle multiplier of an output side resolver 7 provided to a steering wheel side pinion shaft 2 is denoted by k<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, a shaft angle multiplier of a motor side resolver 13 provided to a motor side pinion shaft is denoted by k<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and a rotation angle that the steering wheel side pinion shaft 2 is rotated via a rack shaft 3 when the motor side pinion shaft is rotated once is denoted by θ<SB POS="POST">a</SB>°, setting is performed to be values such that (θ<SB POS="POST">a</SB>/k<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)>(360/k<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) is satisfied and (θ<SB POS="POST">a</SB>/k<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)/(360/k<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) is not an integer. Thus, the combination of the value of an output side resolver output signal S2 and the value of a motor side resolver output signal S3 does not take the same value at different steering angles and the steering angle can be derived from both resolver output signals S2 and S3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
