<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which enhances manufacturing efficiency without requiring a significant equipment cost, and can stably manufacture a high-quality capsule product by a simple equipment constitution, related to the capsule product in which a content is filled into a capsule formed by fitting a body and a cap and which is sealed with a band seal at the external periphery of the fitting part. <P>SOLUTION: After holding the cap 3 in the upper cap holder 5, the body 2 which fills up a bottom with a content in the body holder 6 which opposes and is arranged at the lower part side, and the upper part side of the upper cap holder 5 is blocked by the block cover 7 with the suction hole 71 in a state that the upper cap holder 5 and the body holder 6 are joined airtightly and a push-up pin 8 is inserted in an airtight state into the pin insertion hole 61 of the lower part of the body holder 6 from a lower part. Thereby, interiors of both the holders 5, 6 are united and form a sealed space 9. The sealed space 9 is reduced in pressure by vacuum-sucking the space from a suction hole 71 of the block cover 7, and the body 2 is pushed down by the push-up pins 8 and fit to the cap 3, thus forming a capsule form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
