<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for a carcass band that effectively prevents a product tire from being deteriorated in quality by securely removing a risk of the occurrence of local strain at a carcass band end when fitting the carcass band to the outer peripheral side of a molding drum etc., during the molding of a green tire. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a fitting device 1 for a carcass band configured to fit a cylindrically molded carcass band 10 in a diameter-expanded deformation attitude from one side in the axial direction of the molding drum and to directly or indirectly fit the carcass band 10 to the outer peripheral side of the molding drum, and including a diameter expanding means 2 of expanding the diameter and deforming the cylindrical carcass band 10 from an inner peripheral side, and a pressing means 3 which is arranged at the outer peripheral side of the diameter expanding means 2, and presses the carcass band 10 toward the molding drum from the outer peripheral side, and has a plurality of arm members 4, 6 which can be displaced in a radial direction in which the respective diameter expanding means 2 and pressing means 3 are arranged at an interval in the peripheral direction of the carcass band 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
