<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having a good gas barrier properties, and showing long-term reliability by suppressing separation between an inorganic layer and an organic underlayer or between the organic layer and a base material against the external factors such as light, heat, water and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The gas barrier film has the base material 2, the organic layer 3 provided on the base material 2, and the inorganic layer 4 provided on the organic layer 3, wherein the organic layer 3 contains an acrylic-based resin to which silicon is covalently bonded via a urethane bond, and the silicon is present by not less than 0.3 atom% on the surface of the organic layer 3 contacting the inorganic layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
