<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair storage support device for supporting movement to a storage part in an appropriate state when getting into a vehicle with an occupant kept on a self-propelled type and manual type wheelchair. <P>SOLUTION: The wheelchair storage support device includes: a storage part 2 which is moved between an internal position inside a vehicle 6 and an external position outside the vehicle 6 and is capable of storing a wheelchair 1 at the internal position; a relative positional relation specifying part 3 which specifies relative positional relation of the storage part 2 at the external position and the wheelchair 1; an arithmetic operation part 4 which computes a driving operation required for movement of the wheelchair 1 so that the wheelchair 1 reaches the storage part 2 at the external position in such a direction that it can be stored by the storage part 2, on the basis of the relative positional relation, and generating driving operation signals; and a command part 5 for commanding the driving operation on the basis of the driving operation signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
