<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor enabling memory copy without any overhead by interruption processing, without using software. <P>SOLUTION: A processor comprises: first data storage means 19 for storing data; second data storage means 20 to which the data is copied from the first data storage means; first instruction storage means 18 for storing a copy instruction to execute copy of the whole data from the first data storage means to the second data storage means as indivisible processing; second instruction storage means 13 for storing a processing instruction for processing applied to the data; and control means 14 for applying the processing instruction retrieved from the second instruction storage means to the data while executing the copy of the whole data, and then storing the data in the second data storage means, thus concurrently executing both data copy and processing to the data.
