<p>PURPOSE: A scrap manufacturing method for an electric furnace using sludge is provided to increase the collect rate of iron component by appropriately mixing sludge generated from various processes to control the content ratio of iron and carbon components contained in sludge. CONSTITUTION: A scrap manufacturing method for an electric furnace using sludge comprises the steps: mixing(S11) different kinds of sludge to control the content ratio of Fe and C components, crushing(S12) the mixture of sludge to manufacture sludge powder, supplying(S13) water for the sludge powder to reach 15-20% of water content of the sludge powder, injecting(S14) cement into the sludge powder to manufacture a scrap molding product, and drying and plasticizing(S15) the scrap molding product. A step of controlling the content of C component by injecting coke into the mixed sludge is included after the step of mixing with other sludge. Coke is injected to control the content ratio of Fe to C to reach 1 to 1.1-2.0. The manufacturing method of scrap molding product injects the quantity ratio of 6-9% of cement to sludge in the manufacturing process of scrap molding product.
