<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst exhibiting superior reactivity in a low temperature region and containing no heavy metal causing environmental impact, in a method for producing polyurethane resins. <P>SOLUTION: A titanium compound having a structure wherein an alcohol residue of hydroxy amine represented by formula (1) is connected to titanium is used as a catalyst for producing polyurethane. In the formula (1): R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group; and R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>is a 1-10C hydrocarbon group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
