摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst exhibiting superior reactivity in a low temperature region and containing no heavy metal causing environmental impact, in a method for producing polyurethane resins. <P>SOLUTION: A titanium compound having a structure wherein an alcohol residue of hydroxy amine represented by formula (1) is connected to titanium is used as a catalyst for producing polyurethane.
