<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately output warning on welding failure of a relay. <P>SOLUTION: An electric vehicle is provided with a power receiving connector connected to a battery through a relay. A charger is provided with a feeding connector connected to the power receiving connector. When a high voltage is applied to the power receiving connector accompanying a welding failure in a relay, a warning lamp flickers to notify a worker of a risky condition (step S9). Next, a connection state between the power receiving connector and the feeding connector is determined (step S10). If the power receiving connector and the feeding connector are under an unconnected state, a warning buzzer issues a beep sound (step S12). Meanwhile, if the power receiving connector and the feeding connector are under a connected state, the warning buzzer stops sounding (step S11).
