<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with higher flexibility of a transparent substrate formed of silicon superior in adhesiveness and flexibility, with advantages not just that ITO (indium tin oxide) is replaced but also that a detection electrode can be formed on the transparent substrate without an additional adhesive layer, and a manufacturing method for the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel 100 has a structure including a transparent substrate 110 formed of silicon and a detection electrode 120 including a metal mesh pattern on one surface of or both surfaces of the transparent substrate 110. By forming the transparent substrate 110 with silicon with excellent adhesiveness, the detection electrode 120 can be formed on the transparent substrate 110 without an additional adhesive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
