<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more reliably suppress crystal deterioration in a body diode of a field effect transistor in an electric power conversion system. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power conversion system includes field effect transistors (Su, Sv,...) and reflux diodes (Du, Dv,...) connected in inverse parallel with the field effect transistors (Su, Sv,...). In the electric power conversion system, an impedance from a common connection node (Nd) connecting the field effect transistors (Su, Sv,...) with the reflux diodes (Du, Dv,...) to the reflux diodes (Du, Dv,...) is made small as compared with an impedance from the common connection node (Nd) to a body diode (Db) of the field effect transistors (Su, Sv,...). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
