<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and electronic apparatus, capable of suppressing an adverse effect of an unnecessary electric wave from the outside and preventing generation of information leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes a first antenna line having a first loop and a second loop forming a loop shape in a plane projection, and a second antenna line having a third loop and a fourth loop forming a loop shape in a plane projection.
