PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that it is difficult for a person to work from the view point of environment and space, and it is necessary to repair using a remotely controlled robot in the pipe repair of the reprocessing facility.

SOLUTION: The reprocessing pipe joint 4 is disposed on a fastening part of two reprocessing pipes 3 used under the reprocessing facility environment, and includes a material 2 having high nitric acid resistance disposed on the inner surface, and a shape memory alloy ring 1 formed of a shape memory alloy contracted by heating.
