<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of decorating the surface of a silicone rubber by effectively carrying out coating, vapor deposition, adhesion or thermal compression bonding with the improvement of the adhesion of the surface of the silicone rubber and to achieve a decorated silicone rubber molded article by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The silicone rubber molded article is decorated through: a step for reducing a volatile portion by heating and secondarily vulcanizing the silicone rubber molded article; a step for cleaning the surface, a step for applying, by a flame injection device 101, a flame reaction zone on the surface, which contains silicon oxide formed by burning an organic silicon compound-containing burning gas and has high treatment activity of the flame, to carry out the flame treatment to form hydroxide group on the surface to improve the hydrophilicity and adhesion; and a step for decorating the surface with a combination of any one or two or more of coating, vapor deposition, thermal transfer, printing and seal adhesion and further applying top coating for forming a coating film having flexibility and scratch resistance on the surface of the silicone rubber molded article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
