<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline solar cell in which deterioration in adhesion of a baked electrode can be suppressed even at a low baking temperature, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the crystalline solar cell and the method for manufacturing the same. The crystalline solar cell comprises: a semiconductor substrate; an impurity diffusion region provided at a surface of the semiconductor substrate; a passivation film provided on the surface of the semiconductor substrate; a projection which is provided on the impurity diffusion region and is part of the passivation film; and the baked electrode provided so as to cover the impurity diffusion region and the projection respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
