<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel power storage device which uses a metal layer of a laminate sheet member as a conductive layer, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor and a power storage module. <P>SOLUTION: In a laminate sheet member 4, the region facing at least a part of a positive electrode 11 located on the outside of a device body 2 is not covered with a first insulation layer 51 and a second insulation layer 52, but a metal layer 50 is exposed to face the positive electrode 11. A metal layer part 50c of the metal layer 50 which is exposed to face the positive electrode 11 is bonded, as a positive electrode 11 side metal layer part 50c, to the positive electrode 11 of the device body 2 via a conductive adhesive layer 7 so as to be electrically conductive.
