<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floating of a thermal element attached onto a substrate holder in a battery pack, and to allow easy bending at an accurate position when a lead plate is bent and connected to a protective circuit board after attaching a thermal element with a lead plate to the holder. <P>SOLUTION: At a position separated upward from a bottom plate 21 in a substrate holder 20, a regulating portion 24 is provided to project from the inner surfaces 22a, 23a of the front sidewall 22 and the rear sidewall 23 facing each other toward the inner surfaces 23a, 22a, and the regulating portion 24 is bridged across the inner surfaces 22a, 23a. A PTC element 30 is inserted between the regulating portion 24 and the bottom plate 21 in the substrate holder 20, and the element body 31 is sandwiched between the regulating portion 24 and the bottom plate 21. A second lead plate 33 is bent along the side surface of the regulating portion 24, and the end 33a of the second lead plate 33 thus bent is connected with a terminal on the back of a protective circuit board 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
