<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor which cannot be operated when a hand winding device is left undetached. <P>SOLUTION: A hand winding device 36 includes a cylindrical shaft part 44 to be engaged with a rotary shaft 34 of a motor 20, a handle 50 provided on the shaft part 44, a limit switch 54 which is provided on the shaft part 44, and operated when engaged with the rotary shaft 34, and a cable 62 which is connected to the limit switch 54 and extends from the shaft part 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
