<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that allows a user to properly evaluate whether an image is a non-defective image including intended blur or a defective image. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: an image acquiring part that acquires an image; a depth of field calculation part for calculating an approximate value indicating a depth of field of the image, on the basis of incidental information of the acquired image; a depth of field determination part for determining whether the depth of field of the image is smaller or larger than a reference depth, on the basis of the calculated approximate value of the depth of field; and a blur evaluation part that executes, when the depth of field of the image is determined to be smaller than the reference depth, any of the following processes of: (A) not performing blur evaluation that detects blur of the image to calculate an evaluation value for evaluating the degree of the blur of the image; (B) performing the blur evaluation on a specific area extracted from the image to calculate an evaluation value of the image from the evaluation value of the specific area; and (C) receiving the evaluation value input by a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
