PURPOSE: An energy supply control method using an energy use pattern inputted by a user, a device and a system thereof are provided to calculate the amount of energy demand based on the energy use pattern, thereby accurately predicting an energy demand and establishing a development plan. CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(110) inputted by a user receives a response message including energy consumption pattern information for each time. A demand calculation unit(120) calculates the amount of energy demand by using the energy consumption pattern information. A supply plan unit(130) establishes an energy supply plan corresponding to the amount of energy demand. The demand calculation unit calculates the amount of energy demand for a predetermined time. The supply plan unit establishes an energy supply plan for time corresponding to the amount of energy demand for time.
