The probe (1) has a semen storage unit (4) including a deactivatable plug (8) defining a semen storage area (9) and a semen discharge area (10). The storage unit includes a flexible tube (5) molded on one side around a distal end (6b) of a secondary cylindrical body (6) and molded on the other side about a closure (11) that allows filling of semen in the storage area, where the semen is moved into the secondary cylindrical body, which slides in a main cylindrical body until reaching the intra-uterine zone of a porcine, by aspiration and under the effect of contraction of the storage area. An independent claim is also included for an artificial insemination device.
