SILICONE RUBBER COMPOSITES HAVING IMPROVE FIRE-RESISTANT AND FLAME-RETARDANT AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a silicon rubber composite is provided to improve heat stability and flame stability by manufacturing a composite by mixing perlite which is environmentally-friendly filler into a silicon rubber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a silicon rubber composite comprises: a step of mixing a silicon polymer material, which forms amorphous silica(SiO2) on the surface thereof at heat decomposition to protect heat from a heat source and to protect the inflow of oxygen, and a perlite which is a white pours material; a step of completely curing the mixture at room temperature for 24 hours. The silicon polymer material is formed of polydimethyl siloxane, which consists of methylhydrosilane and hydrosilane with the weight ratio of 1:1.
