PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a circuit, a circuit manufacture thereby, and an LED lighting installation equipped with the circuit are provided to manufacture a circuit of small size having multiple functions and capable of easily installed on an LED lighting installation through a simplified manufacturing process, thereby simplify the structure of the LED lighting installation. CONSTITUTION: Resin is put into the inside of a hoper of the extrusion machine, guided inside of the heater provided in one side of the hopper, and melt(S200). The melted resin is extruded from a molding portion provided in one side of the heater(S210). The extruded resin passes through the rollers of a roller unit of which each has each different rotational speed and is stretched to shape a plate having multiple small spaces inside(S220). Ultraviolet rays or electron beams are irradiated on the resin plate having multiple small spaces to form cross-links among molecular chains inside of the resin(S230).
