The device (1) has an outer casing (2) applying driving torque (C) about an axis (xx'). Two planet gears (111, 112) are coaxially arranged at the axis. The two planet gears are meshed with a common satellite, where each planet gear is meshed by two outlet ramps (18, 19) with two output shafts (11, 12). One of the output shafts is in axial abutment on a central block (13) and the other output shaft axially bears on the outer casing. An axial backlash device (10) is interposed between the outer casing and the latter shaft, and exerts elastic force tending to compress one of the outlet ramps.
