PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition of water dispersion containing starch is provided to from a hydrating film on the lip and to ensure wrinkle- and keratin-shading effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition of water dispersion for lip contains 0.1-20 wt% of starch as an active ingredient. The starch is sodium polyacrylate starch. The composition is applied on the lip after applying lip cosmetics such as a lip stick, lip gloss, or lip balm.
