The structure has a driving unit including a combustion engine (7) and an electric driving machine (6) connected to an input shaft (3) of a gearbox (2) via a primary clutch mechanism (5). A secondary clutch mechanism (9) is interposed between a drive shaft (8) connected to a crankshaft of the engine and another drive shaft (4) connected to a rotor (10) of the machine. A starter (16) has an armature shaft (30) whose drive pinion (31) is mounted in an end region of the armature shaft via a free wheel (32) and permanently engaged with a primary drive unit (15) arranged on the former drive shaft.
