PURPOSE: A field emission panel and a liquid crystal display apparatus with the same are provided to remove adsorbing gas and carbon based materials from the field emission panel by enabling high-temperature heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: A field emission panel(100) comprises a cathode electrode, a multilayer nanotube, and a gate electrode. The cathode electrode is formed on a substrate. The multilayer nanotube is formed on the cathode electrode and has three Raman scattering peaks. The gate electrode is arranged to be separated from the multilayer nanotube.
