PURPOSE: A waste film winding device is provided to simplify a configuration of a waste film winding device and to prevent damage to an electronic board due to static electricity generated when winding waste films. CONSTITUTION: A waste film winding device(100) includes a base, a rotary shaft(37), film separation preventing discs(35a,35b), a first flange(36b), a fixing plate(36a), a second flange(32), a connection member(34), a handle(31), a fixing piece(38), a guide roller, a winding guide part, a main driving motor, a guide motor, and a control part. One end of the rotary shaft is rotatably fixed on one side of the base. The film separation preventing discs are inserted in both ends of the rotary shaft. The first flange fixes a first disc. The fixing plate is positioned in an inner side of a second disc. The second flange is positioned on the outer side of the second disc and is coupled to the fixing plate. One end of the connection part is coupled to the second flange and the other end thereof is exposed.
