The device has a rigid holding plate (3) i.e. planar and elongated piece, placed against a sensor (1), so that the sensor is recovered between a support part (2) i.e. patched piece, and the plate. A fixing unit (6) is passed through the sensor, the support part and the plate to attach the sensor to the support part, and comprises a screw passing through the support part, the sensor and the holding plate to allow fixing of the sensor by a nut. A main body of the plate is equipped with a raised end and two side protuberances raised in same direction as that of the raised end of the main body. The holding plate is made of spring steel.
